Movement

We all know...

...that building up a sweat is important if you want to stay slim, but the benefits go way beyond just zipping up your skinny jeans.  Getting your sweat on promotes longevity by protecting you against heart disease and lifting weights accelerates your metabolism and strengthens your bones.  Cognition is supported and endorphins are boosted.  Cortisol is lowered which leads for a clearer mind and better sleep.  And best of all, you don’t need to be at the gym for hours at a time.  More important than how long you exercise is how consistent you are.  Even 20 minutes a day on a consistent basis can make a huge impact on your life..
